Richard Clifton

Chief Executive Officer

As Advantor’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Clifton is responsible for the overall operational and financial management of the company. He brings more than 35 years of executive experience in the areas of finance, service operations, treasury, reporting, strategic direction, compliance and administration. While at Advantor, Mr. Clifton has served in several roles including Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer & Controller in which he provided executive leadership for all facets of the operations, financial, administration and information technology areas. Mr. Clifton holds an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies, Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from Crummer Graduate School of Business (Rollins College) Winter Park, Florida.

Jeffrey Whirley

President

As Advantor’s President, Mr. Whirley is responsible for the expansion of existing markets, the identification of new markets and the strategic positioning of these channels. He has been involved in commercial, industrial and national security for 45 years and frequently presents at industry security and technical meetings, both domestically and internationally. In the past 25 years, his focus has been the development of systems integration business for Advantor, including design, provisioning, training, and contractor support of these turnkey systems. Mr. Whirley has been instrumental in developing business and relationships with such major customers as the US Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Energy and the National Laboratories with a focus on WMD security and Nuclear Non-Proliferation issues globally.

Mike Ollivier

Vice President and Air National Guard Market Manager

As Advantor’s Vice President, Mr. Ollivier is responsible for overseeing all aspects of program management and business development within the government market. He has over 35 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and government security, ranging from the operation of commercial central stations to the design and system integration for large-scale DoD systems. He works extensively with the Army, Air National Guard markets as well as International support of FMS.

Jennifer J. Rivas

Director of Contracts and Procurement

As the Director of Contracts and Procurement, Ms. Rivas is responsible for oversight and leadership of Advantor’s Contracts and Procurement business areas, including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Warehouse, Systems Integration, Quality Assurance, and Contracting. Ms. Rivas has extensive experience in Federal and commercial contracting, subcontracting, export control, logistics, and operations leadership. Ms. Rivas joined Advantor in August 2006 and has served in a wide variety of areas and roles. Prior to her current position, Ms. Rivas served as Advantor’s Director of Contracts where she was responsible for oversight of the Contracts department, including management of Advantor’s Federal Supply Schedule contract, Contract Compliance, as well as Advantor’s Quality and Customer Satisfaction Programs. Ms. Rivas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from University of Central Florida, as well as certificates in Security Management and Federal Contracting.

Richard Harrison

Director of Services

As Advantor’s Director of Services, Mr. Harrison manages all aspects of Services for Advantor. His primary focus over the last 8 years has been oversight of major sustainment programs across Advantor’s customer base. He brings more than 30 years’ experience in the government security installation, service and project/ program management. Mr. Harrison also has extensive experience in management and engineering of Dept of Defense perimeter and facility security systems, protecting the most critical weapon systems. As a retired US Air Force Security Forces member, Mr. Harrison was directly involved with his assignments including HQ ESC, HQ ACC and HQ AMC, in the development of physical and electronic security standards protecting mission critical assets.

Chase Perkinson

Director of Installation

As Advantor’s Director of Installation, Mr. Perkinson manages the installation program area both CONUS and OCONUS including customer project quality control, project field compliance requirements and all aspects of the company’s installation policies, objectives and initiatives. He is responsible for strategic planning, resource acquisition as well as development/enforcement of personnel training requirements. He directly oversees Project Engineers as well as Support, Program and Field Project Managers to ensure installation requirements and objectives are being met across the world.

Emily Staggs

Director of  Design and Training
As the Director of Design and Training, Ms. Staggs manages all aspects of operational and technical end-user training for Advantor’s hardware and software installations. She is responsible for all on-site training as well as seminars held in our Orlando Training Center. Ms. Staggs also oversees the creation of all Advantor Documentation and Literature. She is also the leader of Advantor’s Employee training initiative ensuring that all Advantor Field Personnel remain current on their product certifications as well as Information Assurance compliance.

Lisa Haas

Director of  Human Resources 

As Director of Human Resources, Ms. Haas is responsible for managing all aspects and depths of Human Resources which includes Employee Relations, Benefits, Communication, Compliance, Payroll, Recruitment, Rewards & Recognition. Prior to joining Advantor Systems in 2017, Ms. Haas had worked for over 25 years in Human Resources for these key Business Arena’s; Healthcare, Hospitality, Finance, and Insurance Industries.  Ms. Haas holds her SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification and is a current member of National Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and GO-SHRM Orlando
