ASN 5.0  Monitoring Operations and System Administrator (3 days)

This training seminar begins with basic ASN monitoring skills, and culminates in more advanced System Administrator functions.

• The Infraguard® panel
• Keypad usage
• Processing alarms
• Monitoring
• Command initiation
• Report generation
• Graphics monitoring
• Panel options programming
• Utilizing operator account management/performance reports
• Backup procedures
• Preventive maintenance

Badging/ Pass and ID Operations (1 day)

This training seminar provides instruction on the following:

• Badge creation
• Production processes of software administration
• Report generation
• Customized badge layout design and production is also emphasized via lecture and hands-on instruction.
• Attendees are advised to bring their existing backgrounds or samples to use during the seminar.

ASN 5.0 Central Station Technical Maintenance  (1 day)

This training seminar is designed for support personnel responsible for the operation and maintenance of each Advantor Suite for Networks console.

The following topics are covered:

• Equipment descriptions
• Theory of operation
• Service and troubleshooting on the Advantor Suite for Networks monitoring system.
• There is an emphasis on preventive maintenance, including Server rotation.
• Configuration information and requirements are also discussed for computers and consoles.
