The executive management team of Advantor is
comprised of some of the most respected names in
the industry. Our team of experts is experienced
in securing the world's highest-profile
organizations, utilizing the latest innovations
to ensure the most advanced protection. These
seasoned professionals are the driving force
behind numerous patented and patent-pending
technologies and seek to define Advantor as a
world-class company delivering the most
advanced, intelligent security systems.
Todd Flemming
President and CEO
As Advantor's Chief Executive Officer, Mr.
Flemming directs the strategic direction of the
company including all product development,
operations and technology activities. Mr.
Flemming also serves as the President & Chief
Executive Officer for Infrasafe, which is the
parent company of Advantor Systems Corporation.
Mr. Flemming serves as Chairman of the Friends
of Adam Smith, a non-profit organization
dedicated to preserving the free enterprise
system. Mr. Flemming is a member of the BIPAC
board of directors and is a member of the
executive advisory board of the Small Business
and Entrepreneurship Council. Mr. Flemming also
serves as Managing Director of OTIS LLC, a
private investment firm. Prior to co-founding
Infrasafe, Mr. Flemming served as president and
CEO of Advantor Corporation in Orlando, Florida.
Mr. Flemming has over twenty years of
broad-based management experience in the
security industry, including business start-up,
design, marketing, strategy, research,
development, and manufacturing. He holds dual
Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and
Biology from Hampden Sydney College in Virginia
and a Masters of Business Administration from
Duke University (Fuqua School of Business)
Durham, North Carolina.
Richard Clifton
Chief Operating Officer
As Advantor's Chief Operating Officer, Mr.
Clifton directs all finance, legal, accounting,
and operations activities. He brings more than
28 years of executive experience to his position
in the areas of financial and service
operations, controllership, financial analysis,
budgeting, internal control, cash management and
administration. While at Advantor, Mr. Clifton
has served in several roles including Controller
and Vice President / Treasurer in which he
provided executive leadership for the financial,
administration, information technology and
operations areas. Mr. Clifton holds a Associate
of Science degree in Paralegal Studies, Bachelor
of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters of
Business Administration from Crummer Graduate
School of Business (Rollins College) Winter
Park, Florida.
Jeffrey Whirley
Sr. Vice President
As Advantor's Senior Vice President, Mr. Whirley
is responsible for the expansion of existing
markets, the identification of new markets and
the strategic positioning of these channels. He
has been involved in commercial, industrial and
national security for over 35 years and
regularly presents at industry meetings, both
domestically and internationally. In the past 15
years, his focus has been the development of
systems integration business for Advantor,
including design, provisioning, training, and
contractor support of these turnkey systems. Mr.
Whirley has been instrumental in developing
business and relationships with such major
customers as the US Department of Defense,
Department of State, Department of Homeland
Defense, Department of Energy and the National
Laboratories with a focus on Nuclear
Non-Proliferation issues globally.
Mike Ollivier
Vice President
As Advantor's Vice President, Mr. Ollivier is
responsible for overseeing all aspects of
program management and business development
within the government market. He has over 30
years of experience in commercial, industrial,
and government security, ranging from the
operation of commercial central stations to the
design and system integration for large-scale
proprietary systems. Since 1992, his focus has
been the development of new business and
relationships for Advantor within the DoD and
newly formed DHS markets. Mr. Ollivier has been
instrumental in developing relationships with
such major customers as the US Air Force, Army,
Navy, Marines, National Guard, Customs, and
Veteran's Administration. He holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Administration &
Finance from California State University and is
a member of the American Society of Industrial
Security's Physical Security Council -
International Subcommittee.
Grant Herring
Vice President, DoD Sales
As Advantor's Vice President of Department of
Defense Sales, Mr. Herring is responsible for
overseeing all aspects of program management and
business development within the Government
market. He has over 27 years of experience in
the Air Force that includes fighter aviation
instructor and flight examiner, operational test
manger and evaluator, NATO staff officer, and
acquisition officer at Headquarters Air Force,
Pentagon, Washington, D.C. He also served as
commander at the squadron, group and agency
levels. While in military leadership positions,
Mr. Herring has been directly responsible for
protecting sensitive information and ensuring
the security of personnel and large
installations. He fully understands the security
challenges faced by today’s military leaders. He
focuses on continued customer support for all
Department of Defense clients and the
development of new business and relationships
for Advantor within the Department of Defense
market. Mr. Herring holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Physical Science from Oklahoma State
University, a Master of Science degree in
Information System Management from Golden Gate
University in California, and a Master of
Science Degree in Strategic Studies from Air
University in Montgomery, Alabama.
Chuck Perkinson
Vice President, Research and Development
As Advantor's Vice President of Research and
Development, Mr. Perkinson manages all aspects
of the technology requirements, system
architecture, and product development for
Advantor products. He is responsible for
pioneering the development and delivery of next
generation, dynamic security applications. Mr.
Perkinson has over 21 years experience in
management and product development for the
security industry with Sonitrol and Advantor.
His experience includes development of embedded
control systems, communications, and monitoring
software for physical intrusion detection, and
access control systems. Mr. Perkinson holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Virginia.
Mike Lanktree
Director of Fulfillment
Mr. Lanktree is a veteran of the industry with
over 30 years of experience in commercial,
industrial and government security. As
Advantor’s Director of Fulfillment, Mr. Lanktree
manages all aspects of procurement, order
fulfillment, product testing and integration,
product quality control, and export compliance
for Advantor products. He has served in numerous
capacities through the years ranging from
technician, production manager, and quality
assurance engineer, to Director of Fulfillment.
Richard Harrison
Director of Field Operations
As Advantor’s Director of Field Operations, Mr. Harrison manages all aspects of the Installation and Services for Advantor. He brings more than 30 years experience in the government security installation, service and project/ program management. Mr. Harrison was recently the program manager for the US Army’s $123 million dollar - Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection Systems program. This program employed over 120 personnel and 9 subcontractors to fulfill the US Army’s security system installation schedules. He also has extensive experience in management and engineering of Dept of Defense perimeter and facility security systems, protecting the most critical weapon systems. Mr. Harrison has an extensive background in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients, subcontractors and team members. His depth of experience has included management of up to 15 on going projects, from site survey/design to customer acceptance and, all within budget and schedule. Mr. Harrison advocates a business model called “Partnering for Success”, which bonds the client and contractor into a unified team to achieve project goals. As a retired US Air Force Security Forces member, Mr. Harrison was directly involved with his assignments including HQ ESC, HQ ACC and HQ AMC, in the development of physical and electronic security standards protecting mission critical assets.
