Each product supplied by Advantor Systems is
subjected to stringent quality control measures
to ensure dependable performance, reliability,
and customer satisfaction. Should any service or
replacement become necessary, please follow this
procedure.

- 4007 or
support@advantor.com. Our support
professionals will answer your inquiry promptly,
determining whether a repair or a replacement is
needed and issuing a Return Material
Authorization (RMA), when applicable. You will
then be given instructions on where to return
the product and the steps to take in the
repair/replacement process.
PLEASE NOTE: Items received by Advantor without
an RMA Number will be refused and returned to
the sender.
Advantor products are covered by a
manufacturer's limited warranty and replacement
will be made of any defective products still
under warranty.
Please have a payment method available. This is
only charged to if the replaced product is not
returned in a timely manner (25 days) or if a
repair of an out-of-warranty product is needed.
Repairs will not be completed for any customer
who is on credit hold. Normal repair turnaround
is approximately 15 working days. |
